This week we welcome one of the queens of the Ozarks, our friend Andi Lowry. Andi runs the Ozark Trail Section Hikers and Backpackers group which has over 12,000 members. She is an experienced hiker and backpacker who helps organize new backpacking education programs, and holds a wealth of knowledge around how best to start navigating the often confusing world of backpacking.All this and some recent hiking recaps.
